The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They exuded warmth and went out of their way to make us welcome. The fireside reception lobby was warm and inviting. The location was superb. Breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip and the breakfast room had a light, warm and friendly feeling with a world class view. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean, warm, nice rooms with wooden beams - I don't usually care about such things but it did make the place more welcoming. Bed very comfortable. The family hotel is very near to Alesund airport, only 5 mins drive. The couple are very nice and warm heart. I highly recommend people to live there.
