This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel/motel, and on both occasions we have been very pleased with the room and the service. The free parking and shuttle to and from the airport is a significant bonus. We'll be staying again in September. Early reviews should be disregarded. The present reality exhibits none of the problems mentioned

I loved the people/staff they were really helpful and friendly although I had a little trouble understanding their accent at times, they really took the stress out of getting to and fro the airport and were very accomodating with parking even though it was in short supply. Also a cot was there all ready for our infant that I had e-mailed and inquired about.

Location was good for where we wanted and though only a block off a fairly busy street, was nice and quiet. Couldn't hear any traffic noise. Clean room and bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating with maps and directions for where to eat etc.. Good value for money. Would stay again if in the area. -

This motel was very clean and tidy and like previous reviewers, the beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, soap for the 3 of us. The staff we spoke too were all very friendly and helpful especially with giving directions. -

I felt safe in clean and attractive surroundings. It was a convenient location with major routes accessible. Movie theatre and food shops and restaurants close by. Parking was easy . Staff were friendly and efficient. Good instructions to use remote controls for TV and radio.

After arriving on a 6.30am flight from Australia we were able to access our room and staff were very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel as it's close to public transport and takes approx. 15-20mins into the centre of Auckland. -

Being able to check in early after a flight back from Rarotonga. I was very tired and was waiting at the airport for my partner to arrive from Dunedin.
