As we attended a dog show nearby, this Bed & breakfast was perfect as the owners allowed dogs ( kept on the veranda in his crate). We had lovely weather and the setting was idyllic. The owner & her helper were very friendly and welcoming. The bed and bedding were luxurious, and the breakfast was a feast for the eyes and stomach, lots to graze and enjoy. I enjoyed the attention to detail in presentation of the room and in the breakfast and the hospitality.

Beth is an incredible host who made us feel right at home--she even
greeted us with big hugs! She provided us with useful tips and
information about the city and was accommodating with our early
departure providing breakfast the night before that we could take
with us in the morning. The room was lovely, both spacious and
comfortable, as well as incredibly clean and tastefully decorated.
The location is close to good shops, restaurants and bars. All around
great spot to stay!

Have just completed a 5 day stay at the Great Ponsonby Arthotel and am delighted I selected this accommodation.
A convenient 5 minute stroll off Ponsonby Road and the Inner Link bus to the Auckland CBD everything was top notch from the friendly staff, lovely room and common areas and the fantastic cooked breakfasts.
I was upgraded to the Penthouse
