Nice staff, comfy furniture. The place was clean when I arrived and I was impressed that the pots and pans were truly clean...not just rinsed off.

really friendly and clean. did not charge our credit card before we got there. Unlike the airport hotel where we stayed the night before. If these places charge your credit card before you get there and charge you a 2% fee you might as well use wotif ti find accommodation as well. -

We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again. This way we were Abe to relax more. All staff were lovely. I also stay at Oaks on Charlotte when staying in Brisbane. -

Staff were excellent and most helpful with any request. We were on 8th floor and although we didn't have harbour views we found our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and wifi was good

I was totally surprised if I am honest. I was just looking for a cheap central place to stay and was really impressed. Firstly I arrived at 1.30am after my flight was delayed. The night manager greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome and like it was no trouble. Pretty sure I had woken him. The room was well fitted out and had everything I needed plus more. Kitchen, laundry and a big comfy bed.

The apartment we stayed was v - After a total of 38 hours of travel with 3 minors we arrived at the Waldorf Stadium in Auckland at 8 am wiped and jetlagged. I believe we arrived before our appartment was available but no one noticed that, and we got access to our room. Traditional hotels can be hell when you travel as a family of 5 and wan't to stay in the same room. The appartment at Waldorf solved that problem. We found the place reasonably spacy, very comfortable and ideal for us. And not to forget very reasonably priced. I
