  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant. I will definitely stay there again. - Location to city centre and Centraal Station.   For value for money this would be the best hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world , staff are extra helpful , rooms very clean and functional , great bar and facilities - Everything, including the free Shuttle Bus to the airport and free Internet access. The Hotel is very good and I will stay there again!

Super breakfast with wide array of choices was included in price of the room. Complementary regular shuttle service every half hour or so to and from airport terminal. I was most appreciatiave that the Front Desk clerk put me in a room "far from the busy lobby". I needed to fully rest up and there was no disturbance, so I slept very well. The breakfast was excellent, thank you.

  This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).
