  The location is superb. 15 min walk from Centraal Station. Turn left out of the hotel and there are wonderful bars and restaurants. This leads into the main shopping areas which are lovely. Hotel rooms are good and the shower excellent. Very comfortable room for 1. Soundproofing excellent. Choice of pillows is a nice touch. The wifi was a problem for Apple products, but once connected go to safari browser and type in: h - The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo - The rooms look like brand new like we used them for the first time... Great bathroom and tv channel selection. also for the price which is very low, you also get a decent breakfast, and luggage storage... what more could you ask for ??? Well, if your answer is location, that is also covered... The hotel is located minutes from the city's main shopping area with hundreds of amazing stores... also, not too far from tourist attractions, such as the Mesdach Panorama and Madurodam !!! Highly recomme

  The staff was outstanding. They really treated us like royalty the wholetime we were there. They were most informative and accomodating. I wouldstay there again, definitely. - Service was splendid!

  Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur... what people say » e! - Good location right in the city centre. Nice room with fantastic views. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely use again on every trip to The Hague.

  Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes). Bikes can also be rented and left overnight at the rail station rental depot, which is a one minute walk away The beds are supremely comfortable (but these are a legacy from Sofitel, I believe: just ho... what people say » pe that when they are replaced the new ones are as good) Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

  I cannot say enough about this little hotel. It was perfect for a group or family of 3-4. All separate beds if desired and extremely comfy. We stayed when they were having a special Eco organic breakfast and they had beautiful fruit, fresh made juices to order, pancakes, eggs and of course croissants to name a few things - everything fresh. The st... what people say » aff, from the night desk crew, the lovely manager, Karel, to the restaurant staff in the morning were excellent. There is coffee service right in lobb - I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder

  This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better - just everything... stuff is really friendly and helpful, room is more than i was expected for price...
