  Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out.
