I loved the room as it was very modern. The food in the bar was delicious, staff were very friendly, it is a good location and very clean. Helpfulness of staff, close proximity to centre, clean rooms, top notch. Overall service of hotel was excellent. staff were great, very comfortable. size of room, location, bathroom. Great Service. Great Hotel, clean safe, good location, tied, free internet and freecomputer, great breakfast (booked @this site is included on the rate, ifnot 10e), I would recomend and stay there again....

The location and room rate are ideal for our needs and I would recomend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam for a few days or so.Clean and smart rooms, shower area was fantastic. Staff very good and helpful. A good location to the city and surrounding area. I would go there again without hesitation. Just that little bit to far from the centre. We suggest that they put hairdryers in the rooms. We needed one and had to ask to the front desk. Breakfast was a little bit expensive (€ 13), so we decided to eat outside. No hair dryer at bathroom. That breakfast was not included in the price. breakfast. Ordered a beefburger, which was clearly a very cheap burger from the deep freezer. some of the staff could be nicer (most of it is, though). it was being renavated at the time of our stay and was not informed of this while booking. Location. Bed too firm. There was no hairdryer, no bidet and no mini-bar. The bathroom was really small.It was not in downtown Amsterdam. Smokers had been in a non smoking room. It was undergoing fairly major building works which should have resulted in a reduction in the rate which was high. As a consequence it in no way represented value for money. hotel was under renovation, we were not told. building site. food, evening stuff can be rude.The third bed in a so-called and payed room for three was very small.
