The location was the best thing about this hotel - it is right next to the red light district - which is pretty central to everywhere in Amsterdam - all the places we wanted to visit were at most a 20 minute walk away, therefore public transport was not needed. This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam.
Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
