Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport. We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.
