This is the first hotel we stayed in Malaysia and we were surprised by how great this place is, especially for what we paid for it. The hotel has everything, lovely big rooms, nice pool, restaurants, gym, etc, etc. It is also very clean in general and the staff are very pleasant and quite helpful. This place is definitely the best start we could have had to our little tour of South East Asia. - Abisola

It was my first time in Kuala Lumpur. I wanted to see the city and a friend advised the 5 star Nikko Hotel. After staying in Bangkok, the first thing I noticed was how clean the city was. The people here are very friendly and helpfull and so were they in the Hotel. The room was more then good, with an enormous bed. Super king size bed. I have been travelling around in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, slept in many beds, but never came accross a bed as big as this one. Nikko Hote - Gillian

It was really a nice and comfortable hotel. We had a double room. It was completely large. Its bed was for 3 persons! There was cabined shower and bathtub, in bathroom. There were also hair dryer,scale,shampoo,hair conditioner, body gel,toothbrush,slippery,tea maker, safety box,iron. Coffee and tea in rooms. Room service was pretty good. Anytime in 24 hours you call them, they bring you every thing you need (like towel, shampoo, electricity plug convertor, Water…).very nice and polite staff. The - Theresa
