The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport. Everything exceeded my expectations and more. Imaginative rooms, perfect views of the Twin Towers, especially from the Skyview Lounge. Spa was really nice too. Good location, better than Bukit Bintang, especially during pek traffic times.

The internet vary good. walking distance to twin tower. No out door poll or out door sitting area. Pool area closed too early.the room was a little humid. smaller room area.I found a cockroach of the size of 2 fingers inside the bath tub!! yes that big !! but the good thing is they offered me to change the room if I like to. Having made the room reservation 1 1/2 months prior to our stay, I wouldhave expected our guest wish to be fulfilled (highest possible floor,view of Petronas Towers => deluxe suite). They first put us in a roomthat had no view of the towers, then it was 14 th (of 22) only. Evenpointing to our wish while checking in early, did not help - this wasdisappointing.Breakfast is not good as I expected, range of choice is not enough for me. doors to the bath room is little heavy to move. The lobby seems too small for 5star hotel and hotel inside hollow centerlooks like factory building.The reseravtion desk of the hotel contacts you after the booking made and ask to reconfirm the booking; they also check the credit card. The insulation is vary poor you can hear the car and people from outside in the road. Air purifier in the room makes bad smell. Rooms needs general refurbishment. not clean room, small bug around the room. Staff do not know when do they have to service.
