This hotel staff were some of the nicest i have met on any of my travels. Every morning I were greeted by smiles and any request I had accommodated within within a few minutes. Staff always ready to give advise and recommendation as where to do and things to do. Rooms are nice and because the hotel is new, they were super clean. Breakfast was also very nice, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me as a vegetarian. I had some problems with very noisy neighbors on each side of my ro

city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment.
Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim.
Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

If you look in map, it seems far from shopping centre such as Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit 88 but don't worry, just walk about 10 minutes only ( no need to waste taxi fee about 15RM to such places). Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!
