The layout, decor and design of the hotel are very sleek, modern & contemporary. I loved it. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is comfy. -The staff is unbelievably friendly.
-The hotel facilities are brand new and everything that you see have a purpose to be there.
-The breakfast has a lot of choices and the design is unusual.
-On the roof have a awesome pool with a really nice day/night bar.
-Everything is provided in the room, you dont need to bring you personal bathroom things.
-The room that we stay had a huge double bed, a 32" flat tv, huge bathroom, etc...
-Everything was perfect...

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. This hotel staff were some of the nicest i have met on any of my travels. Every morning I were greeted by smiles and any request I had accommodated within within a few minutes. Staff always ready to give advise and recommendation as where to do and things to do. Rooms are nice and because the hotel is new, they were super clean.
