Location is great, just between china town and central KL. A few stops to KLCC, Nice lounge, rooms are OK, showers clean and were available at any time I needed them. Free tea and coffee all day through. Plenty of taxis around at night if you need them to get to airport or KL sentral. Nice place to stay if you are in KL for a few days.

I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Don't need to wait, just make your toasts with butter and jam, and tea with powder milk, or coffee at any time during breakfast time. Very convenient.
Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches.
Big screen Mac for everybody to use.
