Excellent location, quiet, very clean room and bathroom. We stayed in a
double room (with ensuite bathroom) on the third floor and it was lovely
- the room wasn't very big, but it was spacious enough for two
people (+a table, a chair, a night stand, a place for clothes, a

Lavender Lodge stands out for the service of its staff members. They
were very helpful and gave tips on sight seeing tours. The rooms are
very basic but the good thing is that the fan can be left on which was
a boon for us to dry our clothes inside the room (considering there is
no balcony). Overall a great one for a basic backpacker. There is a
huge cluster of seafood restaurants opposite which is a great plus to
this Lodge.

The staff couldn't be more helpful even going to a shop to buy an extension lead so we had more power sockets. Air con worked well. Close to town and malls. Lots of convenient shops on the immediate streets. -
