Good services. Receptionist communicate well and in good manner. understanding. Near to shopping complex. Thanks to the staff when i check in,very very nice and friendly.hope can meet them again. The location. The small yet comfortable room. The parking space. 1. Value for money 2. Facility available to wash clothes. It just near to all the shopping centre.

Need to improve the wifi connection. The aircon leaked. Luckily it started leaking on the very last day of my stay. So sorry, the room air-condition was not to cold. Astro channel was not clear and only 1 astro channel. Please add some more channel... location and the way to hotel quite scary when night. shower water too slow and the lift to hotel suppose different from other because sometimes we must shared with alcoholic customer from ktv at level 4. not nice for the muslim customer. The parking lot is not free and could be quite scary for solo femalr traveller. Bed is dirty. iron must pay before use. too expensive for a scarf. RM20 too much. Room service. the hotel is located at the 3rd floor in Star City, quite dangerous when taking the lift to the hotel. The shopping mall is dead. PARKING rate so so expensive!!. No tea coffee making. It's inside a building and a bit strange place to get to. linen is smelly. no slipper and cup. Towel and floor is dirty. Was very upset that we had to pay for parking! Never in my life have I had to pay to park at a hotel! When I complained I was told management was not available and would not refund me. Customer service is not important to the staff here. Also wifi didn't work in our room, and despite booking a smoking room was told on check in not to smoke in our room! I know you get what you pay for, and I wasn't expecting much, but I will never stay here again! Beware!. Need more improvement. The toilet door can't lock. WIFI connection very slow. Acess to Hotel Inconvenience . very lousy location. very hard to find the entrance of the hotel/Motel. . -Worst budget hotel I've ever stayed in. -Weird loud sounds can be heard for example : people knocking on the wall for no apparent reason and it lasted the whole day even when I'm sleeping. -Air Condition is not working at all. Hot air throughout the night. Imagine that!.
