  The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... what people say » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.

  We had a perfectly adequate western room with the usual/necessary functions, but be warned - it was a typical Japanese size, i.e. small and cramped. You couldn't fit in more than 2 normal sized suitcases and even that would be pushing it (we had 1 and a couple of smaller hand baggage bags). Also it was very conven - I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel. I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city.
