Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... what people say » and toothbrushes.
