  Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. Food at Nadaman is excellent - worth 2 Michelin stars Swimming pool and spa facilities : exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. In a word : one of the very best hotel for a luxury city trip. - Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. I heard bedrooms in Tokyo are small but this one had enough room for us, bed against the wall but 2 big suitcases opened ... what people say » and still enough space to move around. The staff speaks English and are very polite. We would definitely stay there again. - Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

  The hotel is in very very excellent location. After pass from JR Akihabara central exit , turn right , cross the road, you can see the hotel there. We spent the last night here. All luggages were sent to the airport the night before except for 1 backpack. So we have no problem with the limited space. The room is clean. Free WIFI in room.   The room was clean and well set out. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were given fresh towels every day and fresh bottles of water in the fridge. The rainfall shower was excellent as was the massage chair to relax after a long day sightseeing in Tok... what people say » yo. The location was excellent being next to Akihabara Station which made getting around easy. We will definitely be staying at the Remm Akihabara nex - The staff are really helpful and very polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The massage chair was superb! The hotel's location is perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like myself ;). This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year. If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.

  This hotel (and I've been travelling to Japan for some 30 years) is the best value in Tokyo that I have found. The rooms are fastidiously clean. Despite being on a busy Tokyo street, I had a very quiet room on the side. The bathroom was sparkingly clean with the latest in design. The shower was delightful. The room was a very good size (I had... what people say » a double) and the bed very comfortable. They have a system where you set the time you want to get up and the lights start to shine about 1/2 hour be - I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to - This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok
