We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere. If you were staying for business we think you would equally impressed with great business facilities too. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to .
all reviews » This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They arranged the room for us before their normal check-in time helped to make restaurant reservations . The room was big and tastefully designed and the wiev from the window was magnificent. Location is very good. You take the lift from reception to the ground floor (B2) where you can choice between 4 different underground lines. We have travelled a lot around the world and this hotel was one of the best in the sense of price and quality. Perfect location, very conveniently above the principal lines to travel around the city without changing. Several streets of all kinds of restaurants and bars within 5 mins by foot. Excellent facilities, very very spacious room and not only by Japanese standard. Gorgeous swimming pool and gym. Everything is just perfect. Will definitely stay there again. Won't even check elsewhere. Very spacious rooms by any standard let alone Tokyo standards. Expansive views from two room types I used; King deluxe. Shower, rain shower great after a day in the city! Right on top of a Metro station Kokkai-gijidomae Station on the Chiyoda Line & Tameike-Sanno on the Ginza line. They also have a free shuttle service from the hotel to Roppongi Hills and Shibuya $$ is good too. Excellent hotel. The location was superb it even had a Metro station in the hotel. Its superb location and large/comfortable room (Deluxe King Club). Great for couples for honeymoon or traveling with kids. It has a 7-11 convenient store in B2 where Tokyo Metro has an entrance here. However, it will take 150 meter walk from/to the Tameike-Sannō Station (溜池山王站）,so it's not friendly for pushchair with kid inside. They charge you 24 Aus dollars to use the pool - cheeky we thought considering the amount you pay for the rooms and when we went to have a loom there was no one using the facilities. The breakfast was really expensive. However on the ground floor (B2)you will find a really nice cafe where you can have a cheap and good breakfast. .no negative comment. I can't find anything wrong... breakfast is good, but terribly expensive (not included in the price). I've been in other hotels with the club option and in this case the food buffet was disappointing. Little choice for breakfast and the aperitif. Breakfast too continental and way too expensive - Staff sometimes not at the expected level for a Japanese hotel. I had asked for the Wall Street newspaper every morning but sometimes I received some other paper. That's the only negative thing I have to say! It really is the perfect hotel. buffet breakfast ended without warning, with a 15min wait before being seated. having to pay for sauna facilities. I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Pricey!. The restaurants at the hotel and room service were very expensive. Housekeeping staff is not unto the normal Japanese standard. Nothing I can think of!. Nothing, everything perfect. Nothing at all. -Front desk clerk seemed unable to change our reservation because we made our reservation on letsbookhotel.com - few restaurants close to hotel. Area was quiet but central to go into Ginza and more buzzer areas. I didnt like the iron but hardly anything to complain about. We had breakfast (which was not included in the room rate) a couple of days. It is overpriced (around £25 per person) and the variety is quite limited. Anyway the service and quality was good. expensive breakfast. Expensive restaurants/Bar, but heaps of cost effective options nearby. Small quibble - the Japanese practise of setting a rather late check-in of 3pm. At least check-out was midday.
