  Friendly staff, they can speak fluent English. There are staff from worldwide too! The cafe ambiance is very good and relaxing. I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station. Great position. Staff is fluent in English and always ready to help with any question. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Same about shared showers.   Everything about the trip was incredible. The staff were really friendly and were able to help me when I asked them something. I asked them something as weird as to where to find a poster tube so I could take a painting back home safely, and they were able to tell me a shop that sold exactly what I was looking for. 95% of the guests there were fri... what people say » endly, there were a few people that did not really care for Japan and used it as a stopover, and that showed in their attitude. I stayed in the capsu - Location was easy to find and front of hostel stands out so you cant miss it. Greeted by very friendly staff, you have to take shoes off at entrance and slippers provided (though some did have a smelly feet odour going on!). Our twin room had a bunk bed which was very large compared to other hostels. Saying that, the room was very small in general. Small desk and window, hardly any room for storage/baggage.
