Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way.   The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner room. One overlooked a nice garden. There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.
