The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room.   This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel.
