Very good location! 2 blocks from the station! Area with many restaurants! There is a small grocery store just next to it that helped for breakfast and snacks. The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room. Perfect location for enjoying Tokyo!. Inn was very clean and the service was outstanding. As you may expect, the rooms and bathrooms were small but it was complete with all the facilities you may need. Excellent for business as the internet was fast and reception to wifi was perfect. They even had bath salts and sponge scrub at the reception for free.

Of course, the location beside Shimbashi Station makes it fabulous. Convenient to come from the airport and to anywhere. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They can spek english well. Lifts were rather slow. The only set back was that my room was facing the railway tracks which was pretty noisy till 11pm in the night and from 6am onwards. Would appreciate rooms opposite facing. The rooms are too small for me and my brother. My brother is 185 hight and big.He and I cant fitted the bed together. And we had alot of stuffs. No international television sender available (BBC, CNN...). Room is a bit tight, there are no closets or spaces for suitcases and clothes. It maybe ideal for overnight trips or people travelling with only carry on bags, but it is a bit awkward for people with large suitcases coming from long distances. Nothing. The room was not perpared before 15:00, which is a problem after a 16 hours trip. none. Managing a conditioner controller with only Japaneese symbols - was a challenge) The traditional breakfast - first time - fun, second time - ok, on the third morning we decided to skip). They only offer Japanese style breakfast. a bit pricey.
