  Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel. We didn't get to make use of the facilities at all and they looked fantastic. I've recommending it to my friends since i got home on monday!! - The quiet location of the Hotel overlooking the Bay. The excellent Leisure facilities.   I found the Dromhall Hotel to be so relaxing and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee breaks at no extra charge, a very nice touch. I would definitely stay at the Dromhall again and I would like to thank them for a very pleasant stay.   Enjoyed every minute...upgraded to the luxury suite and certainly worth it...waking up with a view of the Mcgillicuddy Reeks, wow! Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family.   I've never experienced such excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived to checking out the staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. The welcome from the reception staff was lovely. The quality of the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the we were greeted every morning by very cheerful staff despite it being... what people say » very busy.I would highly recommend this hotel for the customer service alone as well as it being a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. - Where the hotel is situated is without doubt the most scenic part of this country. Waking up to this background is an amazing experience. I am from Ireland and expect staff to be pleasant which they were at the skellig but I even thought they exceeded my expectations. Especially a lady on the cleaning staff that was very friendly when id pass her in the hall way. and a lady from Armagh which made an extra effort been friendly with us. This adds to the overall experience
