It was easy to get around, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were big.

The location is very good: 5 minutes walking to KaDeWe and to the main street(in front of KaDeWe there is a bus touristic stop). Very good hotel and nice value for money/quality. Spacious rooms, cleen. Breakfast was good, everyone can find there food that he likes.

Bed was hard. TV remote was difficult to use from any distance due to heavy glass in front of tv. Bathroom had clear glass into bedroom-you could see what person in bathroom was doing.

Very nice design hotel, new, nicely decorated. Excellent facilities. Relatively inexpensive for that kind of hotel. Good location, close to a metro station (not a well connected subway line, but combining with other lines is easy), and a few blocks away from Ku'damm street.

The fitness room, although nice, is a bit small, and the treadmills at the end of the room receive not much ventilation.

A fantastic hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything in room was perfect and was especially impressed with the remote-controlled double black-out blinds!! The hotel rents bikes too which is a great way to get to see they city.

No tea-making facilities in room but this is the norm I believe in Germany - the germans are not as obsessed with tea (ie black tea) as the Irish!

The staff is very helpful and willing to accommodate guest requests. Great high design concept hotel.

WiFi weak on top floors, had to change rooms. While a lovely aroom design, it is tough to get direct lighting in most areas. Bath has great direct lighting on expansive vanity counter, but tough to see yourself in mirrors. .

The hotel is a walking distance from one Berlin's most famous shopping streets. There is a large number of eating places in 10 min walking radius. S-bahn and U-bahn is also close. The hotel has an interesting theme. I would stay again.

I rarely write reviews, but our stay in Sana Berlin hotel was above all expectations! Room was spacy and clean. Breakfast was very nice, the staff was very helpful and the location is good as well. Highly recommended!

Awseome hotel in the city center. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Spacious room with a superior design. staff is very friendly, ready to help 24/7. Good breakfast. Could not have found a better place to stay in Berlin

The TV remote battaries were low, had to ask for replacement. Pickled cucmber in a tin-can I found in the mini bar was way too much expencive. Caution!)

the day i went there, the U3 is closed. It takes me more time to get there since it was my first time in berlin and I can only speak English. however, it not the hotel's problem!

- location - room was modern with comfortable bed - staff at the hotel bar was great - wellness was small but had everything you need

- wellness could be cleaned also few hours before closing. At 10 pm there was a lot of used towels; also it was quite noisy - if you want to use wifi at the room you had to ask reception for a voucher. It would be much easier if the password was in the room.

The SANA BERLIN HOTEL is very near to the underground and some attractions of the city, The room was large and really clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help me. In the hotel there is also the spa but I didn't have time to visit it. In conclusion I think it is a good hotel

There is a glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom so you can't have reservedness when you are over the washbasin. Besides the corridor to come at the bedroom is too dark.

Nice, modern, clean, air cond, close to many restaurants and lots of shopping. U-Bahn underground is few steps away, bicycle rental available. Staff very helpful.

Excellent international breakfast even for a laktose-intolerant and vegan person like me. Post-art deco, comfortable and sound-proof rooms. It's close to Ku-damm and there is two subway stations near the Hotel.

I liked the glass partitioned bathroom, it's really cool. However, transparent bathroom may be not suitable for someone who desires more intimacy.
