The hotel was very well situed for shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our family room was very large and comfortable. very friendly staff, clean, quiet and tiny but complete room, really in the center of the city !!! walking distance of the Zoo and public transport. very obliging staff, central location. cheap price, nice staff, perfect location. There are some cheap but good restaurants closed to the Hotel, especially the one at the end of the street.The room is clean. The breakfast is excellent( a lot of varieties). I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very cosy hotel with style in an old fashioned lovely way. The reception staff were very friendly and helpfull and had a lot of humor. It is close to Berlin's touristic attractions. But all rooms are closed to the lobby.So it's okay. The lift was broken, and there was not help to take the bags up one set of stairs. Although we asked for a quiet room in the reservation, we were provided a terribly noisy room. The construction works started at around 7 in the morning!!!! However, we asked for another room and they complied with our request. The staff were not very helpful. The parking information on the web is not clear. When you pay 6 Euro you get a parking vignette for parking your car on the street-if you can find a parking place, which is very hard. An additional bed is too expensive.no aircondition. The hotel is actually a pension, located on the first flour of an old building .It is not at all a hotel!. Some rooms are very old, with unconfortable beds. Staff speak english badly. pressure to pay cash rather than through credit card. the entrace of the building needs renovation urgently especially the floor.A lot of noise between 700 am to 1600 pm as construction works is all over the building. change the issue re parking . hotel was ok. we park the car and everything was done by bus-u-banh-s-banh. The bed was too soft. There was little sun light in our room. Our room was on ground level htey didn't have an empty room on first level. My room was on the ground floor facing the rubblish collection area. The entrance to the hotel was dingy and so were the carpets in the reception area. Rooms need rennovation.the hotel. the smell of cigarettes in the room. the food.
