Breakfast was good, but the service was very bad. If you book this hotel, which we do recommand, book it without breakfast and get your breakfast across the road at Grafitti, full breakfast for just 8 euro (hotel charges 16 euro)

Very clean hotel in the heart of west Berlin. Bus and U-bahn stations couldn't be nearer as they are. I got a nice big room with great city view. Staff is professional and friendly. Staying there was a real bargain.

Stuff are friend and perfect location just near the Zoo Garden and other places of interests. Having stayed for 3 nights, room is clean and high, with unexpected city sight! Everything just perfect!

It would be better if the clean stuff could speak English and didn't ask us to leave the hotel earlier before actual check-out time. Probably she just wanna finish the cleaning early.

A nice and clean double room for a single traveller, with 2 English speaking TV-channels. Reasonable price. Good breakfast (warm ad cold food), sometimes a bit crowded. Excellent location. Bus stop outside the hotel to Tegel airport.

Wlan communication only at common area, and inefficient logon procedure. Have been to low cost German hotels with far better wlan.

For visiting Berlin fair, its location is good, easy to reach with subway and train. Staff very friendly. Restaurants are very close and many. Good price/value.

Rooms seem old, however, bathroom is OK. Wifi is not in rooms and no cable connection either!! This must be fixed, otherwise its a serious problem for especially business travellers.

Very close to metro station. The price and quality balance fits.

Location was very good.few step to u / s bahn. Very close to airport with bus. Maximum 15 minute. And bus stop to airport just in front of hotel.

Narrow room. There is no Wifi internet connection. Only reseption floor has wifi internet connection. No wifi in the rooms at all
