Good location, not far from Metro, clean and big rooms, quiet, TV, Hi-Fi included, very good price. Hotel's place is perfect to arriving to any touristic place also shopping center. 100 meters from zoo garden and 300 meters from KA DE WE only.good location, close to the city center and shopping paradise. all reviews » Location. The apartment was very clean!!! We had 2 apartments (7 people) they have all you need for 4 nights. And we only paid 760 euros in total !!. Light in the toilet shined all day long, we couldn't switch it off. but this disadvantages couldn't prevent our stay in this hotel again. 1 apartment had a ver very small kitchen. 1 tv didnt have sound. The day we arrived the owner of staff said the credit card machine is not working so i had to pay cash, he told me to go to the bank etc etc. All lies because when i said i dont have so much cash he said, just to come and see if the machine is working, and it was perfectly fine!! I think they prefer cash!!. No possibility to pay by credit card. They accept only cash. Only the condition of the doors. Strange welcome/entry. Drunk and/or loud neighbours. Room fairly basic but clean and perfectly adequate for its purpose. They asked for cash only and the cleaner arrived early on last day and was extremely rude. Difficulties of getting key..it is not a block of apartments rented out but one privately owned.Phone number on information is not to this address or key holder.entrance and stairs and lift area very shabby and dull. The pics online looked nothing like the apt we got.No curtain on most windows, dirty floor and super old mattress. Toaster is not working. poorly maintained. i.e. kitchen tap hanging off sink and curains fallen from rail.The kitchen was very, very poorly equipped; overall a decent enough place to stay, but far too expensive for what you get. There was nobody at my arrival at the place and I had to retire the key of the apartment at a nearby hotel after phoning a number that was written on the front door of the building. They didn't accept for the payment the credit card ven if it was written that they would have accepted.You shoul clarify that the place shown in the Internet is the place to pick up the Key. And cleary show the real local and room.

The apartments have no reception area. Check-in and key collection takes place at the Hotel Pension Rheingold (Xantener Straße 9, 4th floor). The Pension Rheingold is close to the apartments. Guests arriving later than 20:00 must call in advance to arrange check-in.
