Caroline and the other staff were so incredibly helpful throughout. The hotel is located in a quiet area.

The restauraant next to the hotel used for breakfast was excellent.

It was quite noisy in front of the hotel areas during the weekend. We stayed for the Berlin Marathon, so the location is not bad with us. But I'm supposed that it's a little far from the center. We wished if we had a bath tub.

Excellent Location in mitte

Unhelpful Staff. Very little English spoken. Shower only in room. Lack of bathroom essentials (hair balsam / body cream / bath cap). No room service. No cleaning of room after 12PM.
