What people say
The location was great, there are 2 metro stops, bakerie, cheese dairies, cafes, restaurants, boutiques next to the hotel. Although the rooms are small, they clean and really confortable. Highly recommended!.
Great location for the price. Restaurants are a close distance to the hotel and the metro is less than a Km away. The hotel suited out needs for a family of four which two kids were teenagers.all reviews »
Perfect location, close to Le Marais and friendly staff. Simple rooms but you get what you pay for!.
Location, price, cleanliness metro. Tired but simple, comfy and clean.
reception, free wifi, shower in the room.
Great location, friendly staff.
The service.
very cheap.
budgetfriendly with very good cleaning
perfect located- we wlaked around all days. Everything is close at hand.
Close to small boutiques, shopping center, bistros etc. Perfrect.
The staff was nice and friendly at all times.½.
Price, location, quiet room, clean comfortable beds, ensuite, courtesy and attentiveness of man at reception desk, being able to leave cases after check out.
It's close to the 5 train which will take you anywhere.
For the money it's the best option.
15 min walk from Notre dame, and some other major sites.
Very good location-between metro stations, and normal people, shops
around. Safety late evening time. Everyday cleaning, friendly staff.
Very central to metro and Notre Dame.
Good location, free WIFI in room.

The location was excellent.

The location.
The staff were very nice, tried to help us very much.
Location is at the center of the city.
location; really near to the city.
We liked the location.
Location - the best.
Location, the bed.
Location.
central.
Nothing! The bathroom wasn't too bad but only one of the two light bulbs worked and required more than one attempt to get that situation addressed so that i could could see.
The location, but if you know how to use the Paris metro it is better to stay in another hotel farther away the center.
Location, flexibility with rooms.
Nothing.
N/A.
no air con, stairs but positives and price negate any criticism. You got what you paid for.
dirty.
The stairs.
Only complaint: you could hear your next door neighboor very clearly in the old building.
No lift and we were on 3rd floor,
decor, in need of refurbishment.
It's not a star rating, but for the price you can't complain
You never keep your room key. You have to turn it in and check it back out constantly.
Very old rooms, everything can be broken when you touch it! Very good
audible - you always know what the neighbors are doing))).
Seems not clean.
Yes, it is very basic. There is a lot on this by others who like to
complain more than I. I've read the reviews, I knew what to expect.
It wasn't half as dramatic as described.
The stairs.
It is a bit dirty.
The beds and sheets didnt look clean, the hotel has serious cleaning problems.
Very uncomfortable in almost all aspects - we were placed at the 4th
floor without any elevator with 5 huge luggages that we need to bring up
and down. No amenities. Bed, shower, and the room itself are totally
uncomfortable.
room was really small; no space to put clothes etc; no elevator; no AC; expensive.
It did not seem clean. The carpet was warn and dirty. No lift and winding uneven stairs.
very noisly.
The hotel smells like humidity, the rooms are full of dust (lamps, closets) the bathroom was dirty eventhough it had been just "cleaned". The shower was licking all night long.
Smelly, old, shower broken, mouse at the entrance, mold everywhere in the bathroom, holes on the bed sheets!.
Dirty table, and pillow cases.
I didn't like anything about it, and only stayed one night. I was supposed to stay three but chose to pay a 27 Euro penalty for early checkout, and moved to a much, much nicer hotel close by that was only 24 Euro more. I could find no evidence that the comfort of the guests was important. Do not stay here!.
There was no A/C, no elevators and no lobby. Both the rooms and the bathrooms were very small. They were dirty and smelly and in some rooms there were no toilets. The hotel staff was very rude and unfriendly and I recommend that nobody chooses that hotel to stay.
Terrible bed, clean sheets but dirty blankets. Having to leave the key when we went out. Street noise, fire hazards, building material in corridors.
The 77 steps up to the 4th floor, the stench in the room which was RANK, also we weren't aware that the toilet was down half a flight of stairs - not in our room. The shower i nour room had fungus growing in it and the stench was awful.
The managers of the hotel was so rude and unfriendly and lier, we stay
there for 3 night, in night 2 one of our friend from other city of
France come to visit us and we told the person who was in hotel desk
about have one extra person in our room, at that night he said there is
no problem and for one night it is free but in check out they charge us
20 Euro more, this is not fine you told the hotel guest something and do
something else, I don't recommend this hotel for stay at all.
room is super small and smelly.
