Very peaceful. Helpful staff. jThe room and the location were both excellent. The daytime staff were knowledgeable and helpful. 2008 netherlands. Plenty of room for our party of 5. Having a small kitchen available. Nice quiet location. Large rooms and kitchen made self catering easy. Location in the Latin Quarter was also great. Staff were responsive to questions and requests. We had some specific request for our stay and they did accommodate them, this was a big help.Friendly staff, decent size room and bathroom. Central but quiet location. Friendly staff at reception. Very well equiped kitchen with even a washing machine
Lots of cupboards in rooms and kitchen. location is good....the apartment itself is quite big and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficient for a family to use. It is good for a family with kids.Quiet location close to Mouffetard district. More than enough clean towels available for use. the apartment was spacious. the staff were very friendly and the hotel's location was close to the metro, good for sightseeing, and ideally located in the latin quarter for local shops and bars. So, just consider twice when someone enthusiastically suggests seemingly easy but very expensive way. Had to request a change of sheets on one of the roll away beds. Staff was helpful in resolving the issue.Although it is clean enough, the apartment is very old and it is obvious it badly needs some refurbishment. One of the people from our party was unable to stay at the hotel after not arriving in Paris due to bad weather at home and we asked to downgrade, knowing that there was space available. But the receptionist was not helpful and told us it was fully booked. Also, we had checkout at 12pm, and while leaving the room, the phone rang telling us it was 12.05pm and to come down immediately and check out.The lighting in the rooms was shocking, especially in the evening when this is all you have. Difficult to read, difficult to overall. I also expected the lounge room to be little larger as it was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment. Use of the bed in the lounge room meant that there was no room to move.The picture on the website were deceiving and this was the same photo used in the hotel. Although the apartment was serviced, they did not clean table and counter services.No Internet in the hotel, poor TV set, no radio. The staff was awful and very rude. Further, the food was bad at most times.cleanliness, maintenance of the rooms, better reception services.
