  The location was perfect, easy to access the main stations. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was the best! They even folded nicely our pijamas!! - location is great,hotel clean,room small but with a very good bed,nice shower....and in my case a perfect view over paris from my balcony from the ninth floor.

  Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  It was very warm and cozy, it was nice to get to the hotel because it was rainy and cold outside. We had two different rooms since we travelled to Lille in between our stay in Paris. The first room was larger and better than the second on. Excellent location and the price although high it was OK for Paris. - Reasonably easy to find.   The room was very clean and the bed was good! Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent location between gare du nord and gare de l'est, nearby metro! - Staff were very friendly and didn't mind speaking English. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Excellent powerful shower.

  I stayed in a triple room with 2 teenagers. Hotel Mistral was recently renovated, so all was fresh and clean. Nice open-air internal courtyard for relaxing after a long day visiting Paris.
