  The hotel is clean, small but nice..the staff was very helpful, we stayed for 3 nights and during the 1st night the air condition is not working properly so the next morning we reported to the reception, and they made a quick action, they move us to the other room with a bit spacious and better air condition.. :) and the location is close to Place... what people say » d' italle metro station. - Staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming, I even got soy milk on request! Rooms are simple but clean. There's a metro station very near to the hotel that takes you into the city center in no time. Neighborhood is clean and seems rather safe. Also, there is a shopping center very close to the hotel with a supermarket.

  The night porter (Samuel) was particularly helpful, on our arrival at 11pm he very kindly gave us advice on where to eat and what to visit during our stay. Although we didn't initially book the breakfast we did have it during our stay as it was fabulous. The whole place was clean and well laid out. Tea, xpresso coffee, propper juices, soft drinks and patisseries were available self serve from mid morning to late at night which is an excellent idea and worked very well for us.

  First things I would like to say abt this hotel is the friendliness of the staffs. The English speaking man is so polite and helpful. They have a small adapter for internet access, charged me Euro15 for 5 nights, really helped to finish my work before I go out. - Excellent stay- 100m from nearest metro so excellent access to all of paris, friendly ... what people say » staff, basic room (but all we needed as we were only in it to sleep) clean and tidy, new towels each day and bed made for us.
