Location could not be any better close to all the attractions, eateries & shopping, very clean rooms, breakfast fast quick and easy , helpful staff, the perfect place to stay will certainly be back and recommend it all travellers. -

We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. -
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.

The room is clean and not too small (as usual in Paris). Small kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and large. The residence is not far from metro station "Bastile" (2 min. walk) and from Gare de Lyon (5 min. walk). -
