The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent service with a smile;). We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable. The rooms are modern and stylish and most of all clean. Looked like refurbished or new. Kitchen equipped with everything. The place was very private and peacefully atmosphere. Staff very fluent in English which I made our stay easyer.
all reviews » The location is great...very close to Champs Élysées, close to grocery store (Monoprix), restaurants. Kitchenette is fully equiped. Hotel was renovated in Feb 2008...looks great!. Cleanliness, in the middle of the city, very acceptable room rates, and well-furnished. How close we were to everything, including the metro station.Cooking Facilities and Helpfull Staff. The rooms were large, clean and modern. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was good.The mini kitchen was practical for keeping drinks, cereal, fruit etc... to cut down on costs. The room was a good size for a family of 4, although the 2 room apartment does not have a door seperating the living room from the bedroom. It is a 3/4 wall and this was not clear in the pictures and reviews.The staff was excellent and the rooms were large and modern. The location is great--within walking distance to many attractions/areas and is very close to the metro. Close to the center, clean and nice. Rooms quite modern compared to others we have stayed in Paris. Also; wewould like to give a big thankyou to a young Canadian front counterManager. We had a room facing the Blvd Haussman and it was very noisy. Also, the curtains did not shut out the light. Made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was excellent. one of our room was very noisy (faced Haussman boulevard). We arrived late in afternoon and therefore had to use your breakfastfacilities the following morning. This was very disappointing andexcessively expensive for what amounted to 2 slices of toast and a cup oftea/coffee. Also, we had to wait from about 2.00pm to about 3.30pm forour room to be ready upon arrival.The beds could be a little more comfortable...but were ok for ashort stay. There is no supply of soap or shower cap in the bathroom.it is very strange that if you stay 3 days you will have every day clearning of your room but if you stay longer you will have no clearning of room at all. This fact caused some unpleasant feeling. No complaints at all.room cleaning not included. It would be nice to have the rooms cleaned up and the towels changed at least twice a week. However, we asked for clean towels and got them right away.infact my stay was for six days..the cleaning policy is to clean the room not before four days ...i think 4 days is too long time for a room to be cleaned especially if there are children in the room..fortunatly we were 2 adults so we managed. The only thing that was surprising is that the room has not been cleaned during 4 days; apparently this is normal for a studio, but this is not an infornation that can be found on the website. Maybe the hotel direction can insert it on the site, this is absolutely important information for the comfort of the hotel. The room are new and very clean, the bad rooms are simply fantastic.The front desk wasn't always manned. We could not get into the hotel because we were not given the access code when we checked in and there was no-one on the desk. When the desk clerk appeared we were told the code as if we should have already known it, which we thought was a bit rude. Also there was no maid each day to replace towels etc. The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable. Our room was not cleaned, nor did we receive fresh towels for the duration of our stay. I was not satisfied by the prices of booking.com. There were much more expensive that the prices proposed by the hotel itself. In future is better to make the reservation directly. Need a Toaster in the room.No tv or internet access; expensive. Nobody clean or change the towels because they do it once a week.Room was a little small for 4 people. Other guests on our floor werenoisy. Rates were quite high but you pay for the location. One of the staff members at the reception, the only male I met there, was really unhelpful. I believe he could do better if he chooses to intend to help.If the price ws around 25% less it would be good value for money.Thelifts were a bitconfusing. Rb and rh both show reception but rb gos aflight down. Upon arrival no soap in bathroom and none available. We provided our own. Coffee machine was good but should include filters which are usually provided in comparable facilities. Change of sheets and towels should be more than one in 7 days. Kitchen utensils too big for small space, some things should be smaller (frying pan, water heater, saucepan). No hot water one night. No maid service. The staff were not familiar with recommending site to seen, Metro, dining. we had to pay extra for the rooms to be cleaned. the a/c was broken down.New towels, toiletpaper came late and garbage take out was late in our stay. The hotel will be perfect if they improve the room serves .Even that we booked for 4 persons there was not blankets and covers for all!! Towels were not changed every day!Noone is cleaning the room during our stay!. The air conditioning in the whole hotel has not been working for some time, but when you bring it up, the staff act as if it is something new, and that it is a problem only in one or two rooms. 1- no room service. 2- they dont have staff to carry the laggage. 3- there is no sliding doors between the rooms in the appartment. extremely poor service!!! all duration there no hot water, sometimes we have to ask keys from other rooms to take a shower, boiler didn't work and stuff did absolutely noting!!! they didn't change a towels... not convenient. definitely not 4 stars!!! we was very disappointed.

Information about the area

Arc de Triomphe (1.3 km) - this arch was commissioned in 1806 after Emperor Napoleon I's victory at Austerlitz. The arch is so large a daredevil once flew his plane through it.

Louvre Museum (2.6 km) - this enormous art gallery and museum, home to Leonardo Da Vinci's 'Mona Lisa', amongst other famous works, attracts millions of visitors a year.

Travelling information

By road:
- Take the ring road and exit at Porte Dauphine.
- Take Avenue Foch, and then turn right into Place Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile. - At the roundabout, take the 6th exit Avenue de Friedland, and continue until you come to Boulevard Haussmann.

From Roissy-Charles-De-Gaulle Airport (30 km):
From the airport, take the RER B (regional train) and get off at Châtelet. Then switch and take the RER A towards “Poissy” and alight at Auber. Journey time: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes (including changes).

From Orly Airport (26 km):
From the airport, take the Orlybus (RATP bus) towards Denfert-Rochereau, and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. Then take the RATP metro line 6 towards Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile and alight at Montparnasse Bienvenüe. Change and take the RATP metro line 13 towards St Denis/Gabriel Péri and alight at Miromesnil. Journey time: approximately 50 minutes (including changes).

By metro:
The nearest metro station to the hotel is Miromesnil (lines 9 and 13).

By bus:
Lines 43, 22 and 52 stop 200m from the hotel, alight at Haussmann-Miromesnil.
