It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions/reservations for restaurants and arrangements for airport transfers (a taxi van for 5 including our massive luggage.) We would have expected to pay the fee for personal emails.   The location of the hotel is fantastic - its easy to find and very close to Blanche metro station. Moulin Rouge is just round the corner and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room (a Superior Double) was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean.
