Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, deluxe room a great size and third bed comfortable and ample size for my 6'2" tall son. Great location with easy access to Metro. As a single mum travelling with two teenagers, did not find the 'lively location' a problem at all, it added to the fun. No noise from other rooms or location during night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

It certainly is in an interesting part of town, a stones throw from the Moulin Rouge, but only a short walk to the Sacre Coeur and some excellent bars and restaurants. Very central to Monte Marte and Moulin Rouge and Metro. Room was extremely nice, they spared nothing with their renovations, very good idea tiling the entire bathroom.hotel position, oppositie blanche metro. very convenient for all restaurants in the montmartre. The hotel is in a good location and easy to find: very near to metro station 'Blanche', which is on a direct line from the Gare du Nord, and only short walk up hill to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Just ignore the sex shops/shows, but have a laugh looking in the window of the 'Musee de l'erotisme'.The deluxe room is quite acceptable in size compared to many Paris hotel rooms, cleanliness is good, and the staff at the reception is friendly. Hotel was nothelpful in resolving this at all. No clock/alarm (though I think this is common in Europe) Location is on Blvd de Chichy, which is kinda smutty, but not too big of a deal.I booked the rooom based on the high ratings for the hoel itself and its proximity to various tourist highlights. We had a great room with a view overlooking the flashing lights of the sex shops. It is a great location for seeing the north side of Paris, just be forwarned if you are timid about the birds and bees. No mini bar or coffee/tea maker in room as listed on many websites, no shelfs in shower, sink had centre tap that prevented you washing your face. Apart from the above we couldnt fault the hotel or its staff and would definatly stay again.What I disliked about the place is that it is in the red light district of Paris. The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the extra charge for breakfast.No tea/coffee making facilities, small breakfast. very small bathroom. no bath towels provided just dressing gowns. The location.Couldn't work the heating out, so boiling at night. Room was quite small, and no drink facility (tea/coffee etc.) in room, as you always get in England. We had problems with the magnetic key card for our door. there could be an additional chair or sofa in the room. there was no place to keep the soap and shampoo,etc in the shower room. a number of the tv channels were scrambled and therefore the choice of channels very limited.Room smelled of smoke even though all were non smoking rooms. In middle of redlight district area, can be noisy (but rooms have good soundproofing), not suitable for families with kids. Be aware that it is surrounded by 'adult shops' and lap dancing clubs. Unfortunately internet access does not work too well. There were no easy chairs in the room. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Pestered by people in the street outside.I had to wait too long for checking out due to long phone calls of the receptionist. There was little information about the hotel's services.The hotel could use a tea/ coffee facility. Rather expensive.Bathroom looked great - very modern etc. However some of the fittings were falling off the wall and the huge shower head was wrongly angled and un-moveable so impossible to use as it pointed at the wall! A bit 'style over functionality' throughout.
