  They are still really trying hard, since it's relatively newly opened. Better service than any other Paris hotel I've been to; on a par with the Conrad or Fullerton in Singapore. Fantastic room. Double windows keep it quiet, even on the street side. - We were looking for a romantic and central location in Paris. The hotel is simply charming.
