My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the hotel, and highly recommend it!

  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. We had a problem with an airline [printing a boarding pass] and the staff worked tirel... what people say » essly until resolved. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

  Great location. That is what you are paying for. Right outside the hotelare the bikes you can rent for 1 euro for a whole day. The little pastryshop beneath the hotel is awesome.   We stayed in quadruple room. The room is big with 3 single beds and 1 queen bed. It is more than enough for 4 of us. Very comfortable. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very near to metro station. The bakery around the corner of the hotel is good. The mini-market nearby allowed us to shop for fruits, ... what people say » nice french chocolates, and other goodies.   The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. But ... what people say » it's all self serve, which we like. Very clean place, small, but for Paris sight seeing you're not spending that much time in the room anyway. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.
