Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

The location is fantastic, extremely convenient, one minute from the
metro station (Bercy) right next to an atm, around the corner from
Moulin Rouge and in the same street at Amelie's Cafe. The staff was
great too, we totally recomend the breakfast, for only 15 euros you get
everything you need. Manuela was so nice and she's got a delightful
French accent that makes her sound even more friendly. The hotel is also

The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good by Paris standards. The location was very good - walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Pigale, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, etc. The Metro was close by so it was an easy location to stay

Very friendly staff and manageress. Excellent location in awesome Montmartre. We were on the roadside and there were major roadworks involving machine drilling on at the time, but when you close the windows you could not hear a sound, and could sleep-in in the mornings without a problem. Will recommend Hotel Lepic. You can walk anywhere and the Metro is less than 200m down the road.

Friendly and helpfull stuff in the evenings and mornings.He left me in my room until 12 to check out. If you need you can leave your luggage to the reception and go to do your things. In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected. Amazing and opulent furnishings/decor - and absolutely perfect for the romantic get-away at the end of a busy day in Paris. - kind and friendly staffs,clean and comfortable room,original decoration, the area seems a bit unsafe at night though... highly recommendable!!
