Big room, quiet, clean, very good location. - We arrived at 2 PM and the receptionist had the key ready for us. The room was clean and the shower was strong. The hotel is conveniently located about 150 meters from Montparnasse Station. The value was good for Paris in June although there was no breakfast.

A friendly welcome by the gentleman on reception who spoke good English. Pleased with our Superior Double room with nice view from our little balcony. Room not huge but more than adequate for our one night stay in Paris. Hotel and room very clean and very modern facilities. Paid extra for breakfast but although basic, it did set us up for the day and was self-service so you could go back for more. Overall a very good hotel and we would like to return one day
