  The front desk personel was very efficient and kind to assist us from getting a taxi, giving info on how to get to places, parking and where to find things, up to rapidly getting a doctor for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The cleaning personel was also very friendly and flexible when needed to change schedule because of our sick daughter st... what people say » aying in the room.The hotel is very well connected with the Metro line 6 (until Etoile) and 12 (to Montmatre), as well as walking distance from the Ga - The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They have us tips for the city and whenever we had a question or a request they had an immediate response. It was great! The beds were comfortable and the location is awesome. The hotel is located between 2 subways and there is a large train station around the block. Also there are 3 pharmacies with a 1/2 mile of the hotel which was extremely helpful when I came down with a bad cold. I recommend this hotel to couples who want to explor
