  The front desk personel was very efficient and kind to assist us from getting a taxi, giving info on how to get to places, parking and where to find things, up to rapidly getting a doctor for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. They have us tips for the city and whenever we had a question or a request they had an immediate response. It was great! The beds were comfortable and the location is awesome. The hotel is located between 2 subways and there is a large train station around the block. Also there are 3 pharmacies with a 1/2 mile of the hotel which was extremely helpful when I came down with a bad cold. I recommend this hotel to couples who want to explor
