We did wait 30mins to get into our room, but it was fine as we went to the cafe on the corner for coffee. Room was clean and bright with TV and private bathroom and AC.   I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable. I enj... what people say » oyed everything. and my speacial thanks to the friendly staff of the hotel. - Loved the decor in the room - really nice! Bonus was finding a little lift to get there in! Staff were friendly and helpful - definately recommend to others.
