  When I arrived at almost midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk said I did not have a reservation although I had my confirmation. He did find a room there for me and arranged a taxi for the early morning. Good location and price. - I stayed there years ago and wanted to return.   Everything was great... the hotel...the staff...the facilities....it has a payed parking but only for a few cars and its pretty expensive.... the room was great ...clean....big bathroom....big room...much light... very close to city center .... has a wellness facility available .....masseur(and its pretty cheap and very good) What can i say...i rec... what people say » comend it warmly and if i visit prague for the future will definitely go to the same hotel :) - The staff was very professional and were instantly able to help or answer questions. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. The bathroom had a bathtub and was perfectly clean!

  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice.... what people say » The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. - HUGE rooms- very spacious; modern; loved the location. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.
