The staff is very kindhearted and understanding. The breakfast is great. Hotel location is very convenient – few minutes walking from center but still in a quite place.

  Location, breakfast included in price, good bar/club - its very quiet at night for our 209 room. the heating is really good.its clean and nice and warm, we loved it, and its walking distance to everywhere.

  Everything was great... the hotel...the staff...the facilities....it has a payed parking but only for a few cars and its pretty expensive.... the room was great ...clean....big bathroom....big room...much light... very close to city center .... has a wellness facility available .....masseur(and its pretty cheap and very good) What can i say...i rec... what people say » comend it warmly and if i visit prague for the future will definitely go to the same hotel :) - The staff was very professional and were instantly able to help or answer questions. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. The bathroom had a bathtub and was perfectly clean!

  Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. All spotlessly clean. Courtesy room with sh... what people say » ower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  location, cleanliness, space, washing machine, bath tub! - Best location for its price. I would recommend this Apartment/Hotel to any young couple as once you get there everything you need or want to see is in walking distance.
