Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. All spotlessly clean. Courtesy room with shower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke good english. Great room and very clean. A well located hotel in a good area and extremely close to the tram station. This hotel is very well worth booking and all the positive past traveller comments are 100% accurate. I would definately stay there again! Rating 5/5!. This hotel is a long walk to any part of Old Prague. Bus is your best option. If you are looking for a hotel away from Old Town and near some other shopping and business, this is a great choice.Cannot not think of any negatives. My friends and I would stay again. Only (very) small criticism is that our room faced the street so was a little noisy in the mornings.Fitness suite - overpriced and onr should wait quite a long time till it is ready to use. Furniture is getting a bit run down.Only the fact that the bed was not really kind size, I think that they should use real big bed and comforters. Box spring of bed creaked loudly when I sat on window side of bed.One of the 230V power sockets was life threatening and did not repaired during our stay however it was shoked me, and reported immediately. The bed coverage could have been somewhat cooler. It was in the middle of the summer and we would have preferred something lighter but it's a minor complaint. (We didn't ask for anything else either). Restaurant was small and had limited menu, but what we had was very good. Breakfast room and selection were excellent. network is too poor!!. Nothing really apart from the fact that we had a very weak wifi signal in our room so had to keep going downstairs. The location is a in a quiet area which I prefer but is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area. However, the main tourist area can be very crowded and hectic.Hotel is not few meters from river then 150m. To the Charles bridge you have at least 10 min walking not 5. As one visitor said before you can smell humidity at some areas of hotel, sometimes in room of you don't open window for one day. As I'm aware of facilities of some other hotels in Prague I wauld like to ask what is the criteria that this hotel has 4 stars ?.
