Location of hotel was close to the main area and attraction of Prague city. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Wide selection of food avaialble for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and were serviced daily. I would definately recommend this hotel as i cannot find fault with anything. Very central location. 5 minute walk from Wencleslas square and easy access to metro stations for transportation to other main points of interest in Prague.

There is a sex shop opposite the hotel, however we didn't see any trouble or "undesirables" and the shop is discreet. the price of the drinks. Rather bland and characterless.The intergated air condition system. The breakfast was not what we would normally eat but we are from Australia so im guessing they eat different things for breakfast.The night staff was useless but that's acceptable. First night was hard to sleep as room window locked and night porter couldn't be bothered to help, but cleaner opened window following morning without a problem. The window can't be open and the air conditionong function even afteryou close him, for this reason the room temperature was low. Small garage. The air conditioning and lack of fresh air if you so desired it. The windows were locked and they could not be unlocked without a special key.
